Developing modern didactic concepts in the Cyber Security environment within a talent community. Collaborating with specialists to create structured learning paths and training materials.
Responsibilities
In our “Learning & Education” chapter you will develop modern didactic concepts in the cyber security domain, combining instructional methodology with technical content.
Together with our training supervisors and subject-matter experts, you will create structured learning paths for cyber security rookies and compact learning formats (e.g., learning nuggets) for trainees and students.
You will design student internships in the IT security area, participate in their implementation, and continuously further develop the format.
You will support our involvement in the “Future Alliance” and thereby contribute directly to our talent development in the IT sector.
You will didactically prepare technical content from the security field, structure presentations, and develop reusable training materials.
Requirements
You are studying educational sciences, teacher training (with a technical focus), computer science, IT security, business informatics, or a comparable subject and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
You are interested in cyber security topics and want to convey technical knowledge in a didactically meaningful way.
You have solid skills in Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint) and ideally have initial experience with learning platforms or e‑learning tools.
You work in a structured, conceptual, and analytical manner and can prepare content appropriately for the target audience – in German (C1) and English (B2).
You are strong in communication, creative, proactive, and enjoy explaining complex IT topics in an understandable way.
