Responsibilities
Prepare and post jobs applications to the portals
Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule
Organizing Interviews with Candidates
Managing & finalize the process with Consulting firms
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify effective specialized sourcing strategies with the objective of presenting multiple qualified candidates for each opening.
Submit a daily, weekly, and monthly tracker as suggested by the internal hiring manager and the project manager
Getting feedback from clients afterward, managing expectations, and assisting with the negotiations of offers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Preferably at least 2 years of experience within recruiting firm
Experience in appointment of personnel in technology related positions
Advanced English communication skills. German is a plus
Hands on experience with various selection processes
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
