About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure operational requirements analysis activities: analyze and challenge business requirements
- Facilitate working workshops with business users
- Assess the impact of business needs, advising on options, risks and costs
- Ensure the product's functional design: build the team's knowledge of the business process
- Research solutions and anticipate functional dependencies
- Support the team in finding the optimal functional solution and facilitate related activities
- Ensure the product's functional quality and contribute to its stability in production: analyze the impact of functional changes on production
- Contribute to the product's functional improvements
- Ensure the product's integration into the IT system
- Analyze the impact of the product design on the IT system's functional architecture
- Contribute to implementation decisions
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's / Bac+5) or equivalent
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a Product Owner role (or Business Analyst or Proxy Product Owner)
- PSPO Product Owner certification preferred
- Good IT knowledge and ideally technical experience (e.g., as a developer)
- Autonomous and curious, excellent interpersonal skills, rigorous, able to quickly understand the client's business and the user experience
- English proficiency: minimum B2 level or TOEIC score above 680
