About the role
- Training Consultant mapping training needs and designing educational solutions at Atento. Collaborating with partners to ensure operational efficiency and continuous evolution.
Responsibilities
- Map the current Training structure, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather needs from partner areas.
- Propose and design learning paths and training programs.
- Review content and curricula to ensure clarity and alignment with the target audience.
- Lead the full instructional design process (objectives, methodology, assessment, and materials).
- Apply principles of andragogy and active methodologies (microlearning, gamification, case studies, simulations).
- Create and review teaching materials, ensuring visual and pedagogical standardization.
- Monitor results and feedback to continuously improve trainings.
- Research trends in corporate learning and propose continuous enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Videoscribe, and Articulate 360;
- Experience in large-scale implementations (in-person and remote);
- Conflict leadership and resolution skills;
- Knowledge of performance indicators and PDCA;
- Excellent communication, consulting, influence, and interpersonal skills;
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce results;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Analytical mindset;
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (desired).
