Responsibilities
Map the current Training structure, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Gather needs from partner areas.
Propose and design learning paths and training programs.
Review content and curricula to ensure clarity and alignment with the target audience.
Lead the full instructional design process (objectives, methodology, assessment, and materials).
Apply principles of andragogy and active methodologies (microlearning, gamification, case studies, simulations).
Create and review teaching materials, ensuring visual and pedagogical standardization.
Monitor results and feedback to continuously improve trainings.
Research trends in corporate learning and propose continuous enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Advanced English;
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Videoscribe, and Articulate 360;
Experience in large-scale implementations (in-person and remote);
Conflict leadership and resolution skills;
Knowledge of performance indicators and PDCA;
Excellent communication, consulting, influence, and interpersonal skills;
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce results;
