About the role
- SAP ABAP Developer engaging in development and maintenance of SAP applications. Collaborating on IT transformation projects with a focus on client requirements and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of SAP ABAP applications to extend SAP systems.
- Customization and optimization of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) according to customer requirements.
- Implementation of SAP system adjustments using User Exits, BAdIs and Enhancement Points.
- Development of interfaces between SAP and non‑SAP systems (e.g., using IDocs, RFC).
- Creation of forms and reports with ABAP List Viewer (ALV) and Smart Forms.
- Troubleshooting and bug fixing in existing applications and processes.
- Collaboration with functional consultants to implement business processes.
- Support for migration to S/4HANA and implementation of new technologies.
- Documentation of developments and preparation of technical specifications.
- Active participation in IT transformation projects, directly involved in all phases of the project cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP ABAP.
- Solid knowledge of ABAP/4 and ideally ABAP Objects.
- Experience with SAP modules and their business processes.
- Familiarity with SAP interface technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI).
- Ideally knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 is a plus.
