About the role
- Product Owner managing customer requirements and product development in a digital strategy company. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Clarification, assessment and specification of business requirements with stakeholders, and ensuring their documentation as Product Backlog Items using agile tools and methods, e.g. JIRA and SCRUM
- Responsibility for product development as well as planning and monitoring of sprints, milestones and risks
- Achieving business acceptance
- Communication and reporting within the product team, the client team and to management
- Elicitation, clarification and assessment of functional and non-functional requirements from our clients and stakeholders through workshops
- Interface between the development team, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in areas such as digitalization, Industry 4.0 and more
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field (at least Bachelor's)
- Experience in the role of Product Owner in software development
- Very good German (C1 level) and English skills
- Scrum experience
- Strong quality awareness
- Excellent self-organization, communication skills and team spirit
- Ideally already a certified Product Owner
