Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on digital transformation and Microsoft projects
- Elicit, structure, and assess business and technical requirements
- Design suitable solution approaches in close collaboration with technical teams
- Actively participate in all project phases – from analysis and design to implementation
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate with business units, IT, and decision-makers
- Prepare concepts, proposals, and presentations
- Use modern AI tools to support research, structuring, and concept development
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification (career changers with relevant professional experience are also welcome)
- Experience in IT, project, or digital transformation environments
- Structured, independent working style and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Strong IT affinity and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
