Responsibilities

- Capturing, structuring, and evaluating functional and technical requirements
- Designing suitable solution approaches in close collaboration with technical teams
- Actively participating in all project phases — from analysis and design to implementation
- Facilitating workshops and coordinating with business stakeholders, IT, and decision-makers
- Preparing concepts, proposals, and presentations
- Utilizing modern AI tools to support research, structuring, and concept development
Requirements
- University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration) or an equivalent qualification (career changers with relevant professional experience are welcome)
- Experience in IT, project, or digitalization environments
- Structured, independent working style and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- High IT affinity and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1)
