About the role
- Senior Consultant managing patient analytics solutions for life sciences firms at Beghou Consulting. Supporting various analytics projects to improve patient outcomes and drive commercial efforts.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the conception, solutioning and execution of various analytics and data projects for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms.
- Managing patient analytics solutions, from executing standard patient analytics projects to developing new solutions utilizing new data sets and solving for specific disease centric commercial problems.
- Functioning as a subject matter expert in patient centric solutions, providing creative solutions, thought leadership, and innovative and impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience preferred (5-9 years) of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements.
- Atleast 3+ years of patient analytics experience, with an understanding of patient level data sets
- Strong expertise in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems
- Strong passion for understanding and devising solutions for the current issue areas in the pharma industry
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor the junior team members
- Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours (3-4 hours of overlap)
- Open to travel to US global offices and client-site based on client project requirement (10%-20%)
