Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a programme with LIA (Lärande i arbete) placement requirement
- Studying Interaction Design, UX Design, Cognitive Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Portfolio is a must! (We understand you may not have worked on company projects yet; school assignments, personal experiments, or any work that shows your design thinking is welcome)
- Proficiency in Figma (Required)
- Basic understanding of user research methods and usability principles
- Analytical thinking and curiosity about why users behave as they do
- Ability to articulate design decisions and receive constructive feedback
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating on solutions
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn
