About the role
- Junior Product Designer for Ateme developing user experiences for video solutions. Collaborating with a global team to define design systems and improve B2B interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Define the company design system and oversee the evolution of interfaces across our product lines (PILOT, NEA, TITAN)
- Participate in scoping workshops with the product team, the Product Owner, and business stakeholders
- Analyze and design user experiences tailored to a complex B2B context
- Lead UX activities: user interviews, user journey mapping, usability testing
- Design clear, coherent, and accessible UI interfaces
- Actively contribute to the creation and evolution of the company design system
- Work closely with developers during implementation phases
- Contribute to documenting design decisions and UX processes
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design, or equivalent
- First UX experience on a significant project
- Experience with at least one structured UX method (user interviews, usability testing, or similar)
- Understanding of design system considerations (use of Figma + consideration for the development side)
- Ability to analyze complex B2B products (business workflows, expert users, existing constraints)
- Interest in collaborating with product and technical teams
- Proficient in Figma
- Professional proficiency in English (including for conducting user tests)
