Responsibilities
Own the full service lifecycle: Define, operate and continuously improve vulnerability scanning, cloud security posture management and penetration testing services.
Shape the roadmap: Translate strategy into a clear service roadmap aligned with business priorities and cyber risk reduction.
Ensure service excellence: Deliver stable, transparent and compliant services that meet agreed SLAs and operational expectations.
Turn insight into action: Use performance data, KPIs and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and smarter decision-making.
Build trusted partnerships: Act as the primary interface between technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors, balancing security, cost, and usability.
Strengthen resilience: Own operational readiness, change control, incident escalation and root cause follow-up to keep services reliable and mature.
Requirements
Hands-on experience owning or operating cyber security services in complex IT environments, delivering measurable improvements.
Strong expertise in exposure management, including vulnerability management platforms, cloud security posture management and penetration testing.
A pragmatic, analytical mindset, comfortable translating technical data into prioritised actions and service improvements.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Security+ or CISSP (or equivalent practical experience).
Fluency in English, with a collaborative working style across international teams.
