Responsibilities
- Support the development and deployment of full stack applications that enable AI-enhanced business processes.
- Build, test, and maintain responsive user interfaces and back-end APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and one or more additional languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, or Java).
- Collaborate with the senior engineer in India and the U.S. technical lead to deliver assigned project components.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and application testing.
- Assist in configuring and deploying applications to cloud environments (Azure preferred).
- Integrate APIs, databases, and services to support internal tools and workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues in development and test environments.
- Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, adopting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in software development across the full stack of applications.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one other programming language.
- Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and version control tools (Git, GitHub).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate work across India and U.S. teams.
- Exposure to AI/ML tools such as Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, or Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex).
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker).
- Strong interest in automation and technology innovation.
