Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for customized software solutions for our clients and their business processes
- Analyze, design, and optimize software architectures for our clients within the team
- Develop and evaluate technical concepts, advise clients, and align solutions
- Lead by example in development and coach your team during implementation
- Design the software architecture of large IT systems for clients' business-critical core processes
- Bring together diverse stakeholders with varying requirements
- Assume technical and professional responsibility for the team
- Mentor developers within the team and make architecture decisions collaboratively with the team
- Share your knowledge with colleagues, for example through internal training sessions and presentations
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in client projects using Java or C#
- Strong knowledge of standards and methods of software architecture design (IT design of sophisticated application systems)
- Experience in technical leadership of a team and working in agile ways
- An analytical mindset to understand complex issues and solve problems quickly and in a structured way — transforming complex technical challenges into structured applications
- A strong university degree in Computer Science or a related field with an affinity for IT
- Good German language skills
- A commitment to actively contributing to a culture of constructive feedback and learning from mistakes on an equal footing
