About the role
- Proposal Coordinator managing proposals for Arcadis's Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team. Overseeing workload, training, and collaboration with various departments and teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Team Leader in training the Proposal Coordinators
- Manage the team's workload by assigning requests to Proposal Coordinators
- Review and evaluate the proposal documents including technical and financial aspects
- Work collaboratively with the Regional Pursuit Teams and Bid Managers
- Manage proposals to the Arcadis Way of Proposal Management
- Respond to Expressions of Interest (EOIs) or Requests for Qualifications/Quotations (RFQs)
- Obtain support from other departments as required in preparing the proposal
- Assist in creating and updating client specific capability statements
- Obtain feedback from proposals for lessons learned
- Provide section managers weekly summary of team's activities
- Collaborate and interact with diverse Arcadis colleagues throughout Arcadis globally
- Responsible for coordinating the pursuit process from kick-off meetings through to delivery of proposals
- Facilitate gateway proposal meetings with the Pursuit Team
Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office Application
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Minimum of five years of experience coordinating, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, English, Business Administration or Engineering related
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Presentation and InDesign
- Experience in using Adobe Acrobat
- Outstanding organizational and logistical skills
- Ability to work under intense deadlines and respond to last minute requests
- Ability to take initiative and exercise commitment and dedication while working independently
