About the role
- Projectmanager for soil remediation and decommissioning working with industrial clients. Leading projects from investigation to execution in compliance and environmental remediation.
Responsibilities
- Als Projectmanager Bodemsanering & Decommissioning werk je voor onze industriële klanten, samen met een enthousiast team van professionals binnen de adviesgroep Bodem & Gezonde Leefomgeving.
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject van bodemonderzoek, bodemsanering, decontaminatie van installaties en decommissioning (ontmanteling) van industriële locaties.
- Je werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: het aansturen en begeleiden van bodemonderzoek, bodemsanering, decontaminatie én ontmanteling van industriële installaties.
- Coördineren van integrale projecten bij (voornamelijk) industriële opdrachtgevers, zowel in Nederland als internationaal.
- Opstellen van offertes, projectplannen en rapportages richting opdrachtgevers.
- Contact onderhouden met klanten, bevoegde gezagen en andere interne en externe stakeholders.
- Toepassen van innovatieve (digitale) tools en technieken, inclusief AI, in jouw projecten.
- Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en ontwikkeling binnen ons internationale Arcadis-netwerk.
Requirements
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring heeft, bij voorkeur met bodemsanering, industriële milieuprojecten, decontaminatie of decommissioning.
- Ervaring heeft met het aansturen van projecten en teams.
- Kennis heeft van bodem, saneringstechnieken, milieuwetgeving (BRL 6001/6002, CROW, internationale standaarden) en bij voorkeur van decommissioning-processen.
- Sterk is in projectmanagement: financieel bewust, planmatig, daadkrachtig en communicatief vaardig.
- Communicatief sterk is, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels (andere talen zijn een pré).
- Commercieel ingesteld is, strategisch kan denken en snel kan schakelen.
- Enthousiast is om kennis te delen en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van collega’s.
- Flexibel is en bereid om (incidenteel) internationaal te reizen.
