Responsibilities
Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work
Responsible for managing technical aspects of smaller and/or complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, time frame.
Work to ensure maximum internal stakeholder satisfaction, championing care and proactively working with internal stakeholders (GEC Team Lead/Task Manager, GEC Project Leads from other disciplines (MEP & Structures) and US & Canada Project Leads/Reviewers/Approvers
Can execute or assists in Design tasks independently from Lead (US/ Canada) Office
Can initiate concept ideas and later produce technically feasible general arrangement layouts and detailed drawings as per codes and design requirements, using BIM (SD to CD)
Can also execute Design Management tasks during Construction phase up to Building Use Stages (Concept to CD)
Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis and the industry sector to facilitate personal networking and to consolidate personal and company credibility in the industry
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an architecture related discipline
Achieved Licensed status or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture design works
Revit project experience is a must
Experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., Manufacturing, Data Center, Warehouse, Power & Energy Infrastructure, Oil & Gas refineries etc.)
Experience working with an international team is an advantage
Proficient or have knowledge in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3D Max
Excellent in interpersonal skills and problem solving
