Responsibilities

• Act as a project resource by completing assigned activities within budget, timeframe, and quality objectives, while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Review own work to ensure it meets specified standards before submission for further checks.
• Assist in the development of design concepts across permit and technical phases, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Develop detailed design solutions that address client and project needs, ensuring compliance with code, accessibility, and functional requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive drawing packages, including relevant plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications.
• Conceptualize and present design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D visualizations.
• Research materials, building codes, and regulations to support design development and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other disciplines to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of experience architecture design works.
• Ability to contribute to the team’s digital initiative and automation of processes.
• Experience in wood frame constructions, residential or other type, is required.
• Experience in Revit, AutoCAD and TwinMotion or Enscape required.
• It is nice to have proficiency in BIM and experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop), SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo.
• Strong graphic, presentation, and writing skills.
• English language advanced skills.
• Ability to work independently, and in teams depending on the size of the projects and task.
