Customer Onboarding Partner managing new clients for a cloud-based educational platform. Supporting smooth transitions, project timelines, and strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients immediately following their purchase of education-specific software
Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with schools and Multi-Academy Trusts
Offer full operational support and address any client queries throughout the onboarding phase
Ensure customers achieve their desired goals and success while using the platforms.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the SaaS platforms
Create and oversee project timelines to ensure all implementation milestones are met
Coordinate system builds and ensure the software is configured to meet the client’s specific needs
Organize and coordinate training sessions to ensure users are confident with the technology
Handle and process large volumes of client data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using SaaS platforms and related technologies
