Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, low and high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive user interface solutions.
Maintain and evolve design system components in Figma.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define requirements and shape the end to end user experience.
Participate in agile ceremonies, design critiques, and working sessions to ensure designs meet user and business needs.
Provide UX/visual design support during development and QA to ensure high quality implementation.
Conduct or support user research, such as usability testing, concept testing, and gathering user feedback.
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to guide design decisions.
Deliver design solutions aligned with product strategy, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
Advocate for user centered design across the team.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
Hands on expertise with Figma, including components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systems
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end to end product design
Solid understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and visual design fundamentals
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross functional partners
Experience working in an iterative, agile environment
Thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and can move forward with limited direction
Comfortable managing one off or evolving projects in response to emerging business needs.
