About the role
- Senior UI Designer leading design of intuitive, user-centric interfaces at a global B2B software provider. Collaborating with teams across India, Germany, and Bulgaria to ensure seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed UI concepts and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the SEEBURGER design system
- Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
- Conduct UI audits across products to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement
- Prepare design specifications and handover documentation for development teams
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure pixel-accurate implementation
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to iterate on UI improvements
- Work closely with UX designers, software developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders primarily located in India, Germany, and Bulgaria
Requirements
- Degree in UI/Interaction Design, Visual Design, Communication Design, Product Design, or a related field
- At least 10 years of professional experience designing digital enterprise products
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and effective UI design solutions
- Proficiency with industry-standard design, prototyping, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro
- Excellent understanding of core design principles, UI design, user research, and human–computer interaction principles
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills who can also work independently in a structured and self-organized manner
- Open-minded, creative, and empathetic with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Basic knowledge of web technologies and current trends in modern software development
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
