About the role
- Lead Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for HR digital transformation projects. Overseeing implementations and client support from design to post go-live phase.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead on Employee Central topics and support clients throughout their HRIS transformation projects, from design to go-live
- Lead project and delivery of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations
- Prepare and facilitate functional workshops
- Design, configure and validate EC solutions based on client requirements
- Ensure data quality and manage data collection with clients
- Adapt configurations to local legal and financial requirements
- Organize and support testing, go-live and post go-live phases
- Support change management activities
- Provide training for end users and administrators
- Ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
- Participate in RFPs and pre-sales activities
- Contribute to the development of EC offerings
- Take part in webinars, workshops and internal knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects in an international environment
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and its sub-modules (EC certification required; Time Management is a plus)
- Good understanding of HR processes and HRIS ecosystems
- Experience with testing and post-go-live support
- Knowledge of project methodologies
- Experience in client relationship management
