- Collaborate with customers and suppliers, driving vertical integration initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth handover from advanced engineering to execution teams.
- Manage tools, external partnerships, and the budget for the assigned organization.
- Ensure compliance with EDS quality standards and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent).
- 15+ years of experience in the electrical sector in technical and commercial roles.
- Strong technical expertise in electrical harnesses and/or EE systems.
- Proven experience in global team leadership, strategy development, and stakeholder management.
- Aerospace and/or Defense experience.
- Very good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Financial expertise, including budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to travel up to 40-50%.
