About the role

  • Sales position at Apres-Allstars managing existing contacts and introducing new market areas. Collaborating on product design and working with a dynamic team in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Organization, coordination and overall responsibility for sales
  • No cold calling; focus on managing and nurturing existing contacts and leads
  • Establish the POS (point-of-sale) channel, potentially including retail
  • Support in team management
  • Consideration of controlling tasks (KPI monitoring, strategic financial planning)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience
  • Proven track record (e.g., successfully and responsibly founding, running, or selling a company)
  • Intrinsic motivation, commitment & loyalty
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial awareness, both technically and mentally
  • "Digital working" — enthusiasm for using online tools and platforms
  • Independence, a positive attitude & optimistic thinking
