Responsibilities
- Support the team with day-to-day supply chain activities, including:
- Assisting with the creation, sending and follow-up of purchase orders
- Supporting the purchasing inbox, processing requests to purchase and supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate data within our ERP system and escalating any issues where needed
- Helping prepare and update planning sheets and supply chain documentation
- Supporting third-party warehouse queries and issue resolution
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider Supply Chain team
Requirements
- Essential GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade A–C / 9–4
- Eligibility and commitment to undertake a Supply Chain apprenticeship
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A positive, reliable and “can-do” attitude
- Desirable Previous office, administration or customer service experience
- An awareness or interest in supply chain, procurement or logistics
