Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating, monitoring all trucking operation services to ensure timely and safe delivery in the most efficient way.
- Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled and satisfaction levels are met in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive the growth and expansion of our Land Transport services which include domestics trucking, cross-border, rail and barge.
- Strong stakeholder management across operation, sales, procurement, and customer services.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Equivalent Level
- 3-5 Years of experience in International Freight forwarding/ Trucking operations/ Supply chain solution, with a strong focus on operation analysis, planning and transport management solutions design.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Discipline with good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, scenario mapping and decision-making skills.
- Preferred knowledge of transportation rates and factors that impact them (i.e. seasonality, etc.).
