Responsibilities
Support acquisition of new customers and projects in core target industries by analyzing customer needs
Assist in preparing customer visits, follow-ups, and building your own professional network
Manage the sales funnel: from initial contact, RFQ handling, preparation, order confirmation, serial delivery
Verify and document customer specifications and technological requirements
Assist in designing tailor-made solutions that match customer needs
Support internal teams by providing technical clarifications, cost-structure insights, and offer analysis
Liaise and align with central/shared functions across the Assiwell Business Unit and Group organization
Requirements
Engineering or technical degree (engineering, materials, manufacturing, mechanical, or related)
1–3 years of early-career experience in an industrial field
Initial exposure to project work or customer-facing technical tasks
Interest in metal / stainless-steel manufacturing processes
Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
Driving license and willingness to conduct weekly customer visits
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Service- and customer-oriented mindset
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian.
