Requirements
- Extensive experience in the tanker and/or gas shipping sector, with strong knowledge of vessel design, systems, operations, and maintenance
- Significant technical expertise in marine engineering, shipbuilding, manufacturing, or quality assurance
- Proven experience in senior technical leadership, design governance, and risk/assurance roles
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance safety, quality, and cost considerations
- Board/C-suite or committee-level experience essential
- The ability to challenge constructively and work collaboratively with executives and fellow committee members
