Responsibilities
- Lead execution of the product development roadmap for machine learning capabilities
- Own and prioritise the engineering team backlog for AI/ML features
- Execute the integration strategy for embedding LLM agents and ML models
- Lead cross-functional teams in engineering data pipelines
- Write, refine, and prioritise epics and user stories for ML model development
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and AI specialists during Iteration Planning
- Define success metrics for AI products
- Accept completed user stories
- Collaborate with the Head of Data Products to align AI/ML roadmap
Requirements
- Proven experience owning and delivering AI/ML products from concept to production
- Strong understanding of machine learning product lifecycle
- Good understanding of data engineering for AI
- Proven ability to write clear and concise epics and user stories
- Strong communication skills to translate complex AI/ML concepts
- Ability to define and track AI product success metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional AI teams
- Fluent in English
