About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in understanding client needs, documenting the quality criteria to be met.
- Plan and create test cases based on software requirements, ensuring full coverage of usage scenarios.
- Execute manual and/or automated tests to verify functionality, usability, performance, and security.
- Test and ensure quality during the creation of MVPs, initial client deployments, tool consolidation, and go-to-market stages.
- Take part in feedback collection and incremental improvement cycles.
- Identify, report, and document bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve them.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of tests performed, results obtained, and fixes applied.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing and the Testing Pyramid, including manual testing and fundamentals of automation.
- Familiarity with creating and organizing test cases and quality metrics.
- Understanding of UI and UX, with sensitivity to identify usability and user experience issues.
- Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong focus on product quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, product, design).
