Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of progressive work experience in Financial Services industry, preferably product development and or product management
- Series 7 license
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of Ameriprise advisory based product solutions
- Experience with financial planning and retirement income
- Ability to influence and collaborate across the organization
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven organizational skills, including managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans
- Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Word
