Partnership Marketing Manager handling marketing campaigns and partnerships for American Campus Communities. Leading execution and strategy to enhance resident experience and optimize marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Lead the evaluation of partnership opportunities and develop recommendations in collaboration with other marketing team members and leadership to meet goals of organization.
Lead partnership intake, onboarding, renewals, ongoing optimization and issue resolution for assigned partners.
Manage the partnership contracting process, coordinate negotiations with legal representatives and internal stakeholders and collaborate with stakeholders for contract execution.
Develop partnership proposals and presentations outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and value.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of contracts, deliverables, timelines, and partner communications.
Lead execution planning for partnership activations across the portfolio, coordinating with marketing, digital, leasing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely rollout.
Prepare regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership on partnership status, performance, outcomes, and key insights.
Monitor and evaluate partnership and national contract performance, delivering ROI analysis and performance reporting to evaluate marketing spend and recommend adjustments to maximize effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI).
Serve as the primary point of contact and manage day-to-day relationships with regional and national marketing contract vendors.
Lead execution planning and coordination of regional and national marketing activations across all channels.
Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans and own execution of assigned initiatives across marketing channels.
Lead end-to-end execution of partnership-driven campaigns, from planning through launch and post-campaign analysis.
Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations for optimization opportunities such as marketing calendars, timelines, and tactics based on leasing velocity, traffic trends, and performance data.
Drive cross-channel coordination to ensure consistent messaging, alignment, and execution.
Test and pilot new marketing channels, tactics, and technologies to improve performance, efficiency, and resident engagement.
Create, review, and approve marketing training programs and resources to ensure teams are equipped for success.
Leverage market research, customer insights, and sales feedback to refine strategies and campaign execution.
Responsible for managing rewards programs for residents and securing partnership offers and experiences that drive engagement, create loyalty, and enhance resident value.
Monitor and analyze rewards program participation, performance and customer feedback to refine the offerings and experience in the program
Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve partnership performance and inform future planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related agree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of experience in partnership marketing, brand marketing, vendor management, or campaign execution.
Experience managing external partners, vendors, or sponsorship relationships.
Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and ROI.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
