Responsibilities
Manage financial operations and ensure adherence to financial requirements for government contracts
Track, analyze, and report financial information ensuring compliance with customer requirements and budgets
Develop and maintain tracking of billings against Customer funding requirements by Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN)/SLIN/ACRN
Prepare and maintain Estimate at Completion (EACs) in accordance with guidelines
Reconcile and approve vendor invoices for payment
Analyze financial information to forecast option year budgets
Review cash requirements and prepare for future procurement
Administer Firm-fixed price and cost-type contracts
Utilize Excel proficiently to perform accounting procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with government contracts
MBA preferred
Proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of other financial systems such as Deltek/Costpoint and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System preferred
Extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and government contract management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts
Experience in monitoring and maintaining compliance with financial regulations and budgets
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of the organization
Possession of a TS security clearance preferred
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance
