Responsibilities
Planning the editorial calendar for social media
Producing, scheduling, and publishing content across social media channels
Monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages (DMs)
Collecting and analyzing social media data to track KPIs and generate insights
Liaising with vendors and with the Creative and Media teams, directing and monitoring deliverables for social channels
Coordinating with other departments and with the organization's 16 regional offices to determine how and when to promote local initiatives
Supporting coverage of the organization's activities and events
Supporting strategic planning of the organization's digital presence alongside area leadership
Assisting in the creation and updating of social media guidelines
Requirements
Degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
Knowledge of digital formats, channels, and content styles
Heavy social media user with a strong understanding of platform dynamics, features, and best practices
Familiarity with social media workflows such as monitoring metrics, scheduling posts, and responding to comments
Availability to work in a hybrid model: on-site 3x per week at the São Paulo office
Intermediate to fluent English
Experience with social media management tools and image/video editing (a plus)
Comfort with numbers, spreadsheets, and charts (a plus)
Knowledge of branding, sales funnel, and content marketing (a plus)
Interest in topics such as management, entrepreneurship, diversity, innovation, and leadership (a plus)
