About the role
- Analista de Logística position managing supply chain for Ambev's operations. Requires analytical thinking and execution skills in a hybrid work setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the supply of materials to factories, balancing demand, inventory, lead time and service levels.
- Use SAP/MRP, the Supplies Portal and S&OP to plan needs and turn analysis into action.
- Execute call-offs and track deliveries, resolving deviations promptly.
- Monitor critical KPIs and anticipate risks of stockouts, excess inventory or obsolescence.
- Connect key areas (factories, supply, purchasing, transportation, planning) to align decisions and ensure operational flow.
- Participate in planning forums and operational routines, adjusting plans to reflect day-to-day realities.
- Propose improvements, automate routines and leverage data to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure execution of the schedule for materials change projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or technical degree completed: degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related areas (we value practical depth and profile more than the exact course name).
- Relevant experience in logistics to navigate material planning, supply chain, S&OP, replenishment, inventory, operational purchasing or transportation, with the maturity to understand the whole picture and deliver consistently.
- Excel at an intermediate level or higher.
- Be data-driven, with analytical capability and decision-making based on data. Not mandatory, but Power BI, SQL, Python, generative AI and other tools for data analysis and automation are a plus.
- Ownership mindset, curiosity and initiative, working with continuous improvement, problem solving and proposing solutions beyond operational execution.
- English or Spanish are not mandatory, but given our global operations they are increasingly important.
