About the role
- Asset Manager responsible for managing an asset portfolio in wind energy for a company specializing in renewable energy. Ensure compliance and financial performance while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Eastern region
- Ensure claim management and lead negotiations independently
- Support ensuring operation in compliance with permits
- Contract management including monitoring of contract terms and durations
- Prepare performance analyses (e.g., availability, downtime) and develop optimization approaches
- Invoice verification and approval
- Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
- Monthly reporting for your portfolio
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and industry trends and derive action areas
- Support the further development and digitalization of asset management
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the wind energy sector
- Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical ability
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and self-initiative
- Structured, organized working style
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence (Class B; BE advantageous)
- Fluent German and English (business/negotiation level)
