About the role
- Senior Infrastructure Analyst responsible for Data Center solutions at Altas Networks. Managing virtualization, disaster recovery, and cloud projects while ensuring high availability and security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement virtualization and hyperconverged environments (Nutanix, VMware, and Hyper-V)
- Manage Data Center server, storage, and network infrastructure
- Participate in implementation, migration, and environment expansion projects
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, ExaGrid, and Cloud)
- Monitor environments and perform high-complexity troubleshooting
- Define and enforce high availability, DR, and security policies
- Document environments, processes, and architectures
- Support Service Desk and L2/L3 teams on critical incidents
- Interact with vendors, partners, and suppliers
- Support capacity planning, technology upgrades, and compliance processes
- Develop and implement public cloud projects (AWS and Zadara)
- Develop and implement Microsoft solutions projects (Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, IIS).
Requirements
- Solid experience in Data Center infrastructure
- Strong expertise in virtualization (Nutanix AHV/AOS, VMware vSphere, and Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of x86 servers (Lenovo, HPE, Dell, or similar)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)
- Networking knowledge: VLANs, basic routing, switches, firewalls
- Operating systems: Windows Server and Linux
- Experience with Microsoft solutions environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, IIS)
- Experience in high-criticality environments (24x7)
- Certifications in Nutanix, VMware, Veeam, Microsoft, and AWS are a plus.
