Responsibilities
Independently lead client projects
Inspect buildings for hazardous substances (e.g., asbestos, mineral wool / man-made mineral fibers (MMVF), PCBs and PAHs)
Prepare proposals, investigation concepts, specifications, and expert reports in the field of building contaminants
Plan contaminant remediation measures and provide construction management/site supervision during their implementation
Maintain and expand business relationships with our clients
Perform measurement verification, invoice checks and assessment of contract variations as part of site supervision
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, geosciences, natural sciences or a comparable field, or equivalent further qualifications
Several years of relevant professional experience or project experience in the described areas

German language skills: at least C1 level spoken and written (proficient for both social and professional use)
