About the role
- Ingenieur/Geologe als Projektleiter für Gebäudeschadstoffe und Rückbau bei WESSLING Consulting Engineering. Verantwortung für Angebote, Gutachten, Projektleitung und Kundenbetreuung.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Untersuchungskonzepten, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Gutachten im Bereich Gebäudeschadstoffe und Rückbau
- Suche nach Schadstoffen bei Gebäudeuntersuchungen (Asbest, PCB, KMF, PAK, Schimmelpilze etc.)
- Abbruchuntersuchungen sowie Inspektionen von Baustellen
- Planung von Schadstoffsanierungen sowie Fachbauleitung bei der Umsetzung der Sanierungsmaßnahmen
- Projektleitung inkl. Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden sowie die Projektakquise, insbesondere bei Bestandskunden
Requirements
- Abschluss als Bauingenieur, Chemieingenieur, Geowissenschaftler, Geologe, Umweltingenieur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer naturwissenschaftlicher oder ingenieurwissenschaftlicher Abschluss
- mind. 2 Jahre Berufs-/ Praxiserfahrung in den relevanten Bereichen
- Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung
- idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Projektkommunikation
- Deutschkenntnisse: mind. C2-Niveau in Sprache und Schrift (fließende Kommunikation in komplexen Situationen und Themenbereichen)
- Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft (regional)
