Responsibilities
Lead performance media operations, focusing on pacing, KPI progression, and investment efficiency across digital and multichannel campaigns.
Plan, structure, and execute full-funnel campaigns, translating business objectives into measurable tactical strategies.
Define and adjust targeting, audiences, bidding strategies, and budget allocation, ensuring healthy pacing throughout the month.
Critically review reports, dashboards, and performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Build quantitative and qualitative analyses, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaigns.
Ensure campaigns follow tracking and measurement best practices (events, UTMs, validations, data integrity).
Produce structured reports and executive presentations for stakeholders, contextualizing performance against goals, costs, and continuous learnings.
Monitor and compare performance with internal and competitor benchmarks, proposing innovations and tests to expand results.
Manage, in partnership with assistants, media financial and operational processes (issuance of PI, PO control, invoice tracking, budget pacing).
Act as a point of contact with media vendors, partners, and internal teams (account, planning, creative, and data), promoting tactical and strategic alignment.
Contribute to defining operational standards, process documentation, and best practices for the area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Previous experience in media, working in data-driven environments and making decisions based on metrics.
Proven experience managing full-funnel campaigns and strategies, with a focus on structuring, continuous performance optimization, and KPI improvement.
Solid, proven experience in digital and performance media, with a track record of results in goal-driven campaigns.
Practical experience producing and optimizing full-funnel campaigns, guided by data analysis and ongoing performance evolution.
Strong analytical ability and strategic vision to turn data into business recommendations.
Solid understanding of performance metrics (CAC, CPL, ROI/ROAS, engagement, conversion, etc.) and their application for optimized decision-making.
Experience with measurement, tracking, and data validation (UTMs, events, analytics integrations, and ad servers).
Clear and effective communication skills, able to translate complex data into accessible insights for non-technical teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively across different areas, anticipating needs and aligning deliverables with the project's overall goals.
Experience in agency settings or servicing multiple clients simultaneously.
Experience managing significant budgets and financial control of campaigns.
Ability to lead and mentor team members, serving as a technical reference for performance.
Certifications in media and measurement platforms are a plus (Google Ads, Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions).
