Responsibilities
Help implement marketing and communications plans and strategy to meet the company’s objectives in relation to recruitment marketing, internal communication, and employee engagement.
Ideation and creation of content for Allstate NI’s online presence – website and social media platforms.
Organization and co-ordination of Town Halls, Intranet & SharePoint sites, employee newsletters, events across our 2 sites and external promotion of company activities.
Monitor and report on all digital marketing activities, continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Assist with the delivery of internal and external events, conferences and exhibitions.
Competitor analysis.
Conduct market research.
Work closely with our Graphic Design team in the creation of promotional material.
Liaising with suppliers to develop and order marketing merchandise and manage inventory.
Requirements
All applicants must demonstrate they have a legal right to work in the UK for employment at Allstate.
On course to complete second year of a Marketing or Communications degree course by the end of June 2026 with a 2:1 .
