Responsibilities
Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
Pre- and post-admission support for resident admissions
Acquisition of new residents through close and regular contact with physicians, hospitals and other external referral partners
Conducting conversations with residents and their family members — complaint management
Conducting advisory discussions on care needs with prospective residents, family members and our current residents
Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, e.g. preparing facility contracts
Creation and management of care documentation
Requirements
Completed training as a nursing professional or as a registered nurse
Experience with IT-based/electronic documentation systems
Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
High level of interpersonal skills
