About the role
- SAP SuccessFactors Consultant supporting clients with HR digitalization and software implementation. Joining motivated consultants to enhance HR processes and optimize systems in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and configuration within the SmartRecruiters environment.
- Support for rollout and implementation.
- System expertise from configuration to training key users.
- Advising on the optimization of recruiting processes.
- Acting as an interface between HR and IT — analytical, solution-oriented, and service-focused.
- Participation in (partial) project management and active involvement in shaping internal processes.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Certification in Employee Central or Onboarding 2.0.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for new tools.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong ownership of tasks.
- Business-fluent communication skills in German and English.
