About the role

Solutions Architecture Advisor designing robust and sustainable solution architectures for business objectives. Collaborating with business sectors and IT teams to define architectural strategies.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and constraints in order to design suitable architectures;
Define solution architectures aligned with enterprise directions and technology roadmaps;
Design and document solutions (diagrams, documentation, and architecture deliverables);
Ensure coherent integration of solutions into the existing ecosystem;
Define transition, coexistence, migration/conversion, and decommissioning strategies;
Address non-functional requirements (security, performance, resilience, scalability, compliance);
Advise and influence business and IT teams, as well as managers, on technology choices;
Collaborate with delivery teams during the design, deployment, and evolution of solutions;
Participate in architecture governance committees;
Assess the costs, risks, and impacts of solutions;
Maintain technology watch and propose innovation opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience;
Significant experience in solution architecture (8 years or more, depending on context);
Ability to contribute to complex, high-visibility projects;
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills;
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
Leadership, autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of the big picture;
Solid experience in application, data, and/or AI solution architecture;
Proficiency with architecture deliverables (diagrams, documentation, repositories);
Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or AI (depending on the assignment);
Knowledge of modern architectures (cloud, integration, data platforms, distributed architectures);
Familiarity with architecture frameworks/referentials (ArchiMate, BizzDesign, or equivalent);
French: Fluent
English: Intermediate.
