About the role
- IT Project Manager in charge of driving IT projects in personal insurance. Collaborating with business units and IT teams to ensure smooth execution and quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects end-to-end, from scoping through to production deployment;
- Identify, organize and coordinate the IT teams involved (development teams, architects, technical experts, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with project processes, IT architecture standards and governance stages (committees, Design Authority);
- Monitor and manage schedules, budgets, risks and action plans;
- Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders and provide structured reporting;
- Participate in project portfolio governance;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods;
- Provide regular reporting and escalate alerts to your manager.
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience in Java and Spring development;
- Strong command of project tracking and reporting tools;
- Solid IT project management skills (scheduling, budgeting, risk management, reporting);
- Understanding of the fundamentals of IT architecture and system mapping;
- Comfortable with technical and functional terminology, preferably in insurance or bancassurance;
- Strong organizational skills, rigor and analytical ability;
- Ability to synthesize information and excellent communication skills;
- Autonomy, proactivity and a solution-oriented approach;
- French: Fluent
