About the role

- You ensure that Artificial Intelligence delivers real, practical value in daily operations at FiSCHER.
- By integrating AI solutions into our commercial and operational processes, you improve workflows, reduce manual tasks, and create measurable efficiency gains.
- Integrate and adapt AI systems across company-wide processes, especially in ERP, sales, procurement, service, accounting, HR, and logistics.
- Develop, implement and operate interfaces as well as backend and integration solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and derive concrete automation and optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with business units to implement AI-supported solutions in a practical way.
- Document and continuously improve the implemented integrations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Information Systems or vocational training as an IT specialist for application development with commercial/business experience
- Experience in developing integration and automation solutions, ideally with tools like n8n or comparable platforms
- Experience working with databases, particularly in writing queries
- Good commercial/business understanding and the ability to comprehend operational processes holistically
- Structured, independent working style with high resilience to errors and eagerness to learn
- Team spirit, initiative, and openness to new technologies and ways of working
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
