Responsibilities
Shape how Airwallex communicates the value of its products to businesses around the world
Own the end-to-end content strategy across all digital platforms
Build a high-performing content engine that drives engagement and elevates Airwallex's brand
Lead a team of content creators, editors, and strategists
Partner closely with growth marketing, product marketing, sales, SEO, design, and regional marketing teams
Integrate AI tools into content workflows to increase efficiency
Establish and refine content production processes
Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in quality and style
Define content marketing success metrics and analyze content performance
Manage external design and content resources
Requirements
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies for tech products with a user-first approach
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Experience in coaching and team development
Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies relevant to content marketing
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
