About the role

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Information Systems, or Business Management
- Prior experience or a completed relevant internship in a corporate environment
- High proficiency with digital communication tools
- Strong technical writing and copyediting skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or basic experience with incident management frameworks (ITIL) is a plus
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts
- Full professional proficiency in English
