Responsibilities
Provide technical product guidance to customers, installers, and dealers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product selection, troubleshooting, and installation questions using a strong technical aptitude.
Maintain a high standard of customer experience with clear communication, professionalism, and call‑control skills.
Support inside sales functions including quoting, order entry, cross‑selling, and product recommendations.
Make outbound calls as needed to follow up on quotes, dealer inquiries, or promotional campaigns.
Assist Outside Sales Managers with territory needs, dealer follow‑ups, and pre‑call planning.
Analyze customer service and sales metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel, CRM, or BI tools) to support territory performance tracking, customer segmentation, and forecasting.
Work closely with leadership to develop data-driven insights that support strategic planning.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to communicate customer feedback and identify emerging needs or product issues.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, data analytics, or a hybrid role
Strong technical aptitude, ideally with automotive aftermarket, performance parts, mechanical, or suspension knowledge
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, formatting)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, SUGAR or similar)
Competent in, Outlook, ERP systems, and multi‑screen navigation
Excellent communication skills, including comfort with high‑volume phone work.
