About the role
- Software Engineer developing AI-powered communications platform features at Aircall. Designing, developing, and deploying back-end services using NodeJS and Typescript in hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features that add customer value
- Help level up quality, excellence, and agility in delivery processes
- Using NodeJS and Typescript back-end stacks, build added value and resilient services on top of voice and integrate with customers’ critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce)
Requirements
- 2+ experience in back-end development, using TypeScript & NodeJS/Python/Ruby/Rails or other languages
- Worked extensively with AWS in a production environment, preferably for high volume / high availability services
- Experience working on frontend applications is a big plus, preferably with React
- Value code simplicity, quality, performance and maintainability
- Can design pragmatic & simple architectures to solve problems at scale
- Effective and proactive communication skills
